Property Description:
A move-out cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW is required upon vacating. All personal belongings and trash must be properly disposed of. In cases of severe contamination, additional fees will be charged based on market rates.
In principle, only the contract signatory may reside in the unit. Pets are strictly prohibited. Indoor smoking, excessive noise, and throwing foreign objects/trash into the toilet are prohibited. Wearing outdoor shoes indoors is prohibited.
The tenant must consult with the landlord regarding lease renewal 2 months prior to the expiration date.
In the event of an early lease termination, a replacement tenant must be found, and all related expenses shall be borne by the tenant.
Any damage to facilities caused by tenant negligence must be restored to its original condition.

Subletting is not permitted. Airbnb operations are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction will be enforced upon discovery.
