Structure: While the entrance is located on the B1 level, the window offers a ground-floor view, providing a pleasant atmosphere.

[Space & Amenities]
Living & Bedroom: Single bed with premium hotel-style bedding, AC, desk, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Kitchen: Fridge, washing machine, induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, pots, pans, basic seasonings (salt, pepper, oil), tableware, and laundry detergent.
Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, hairdryer, and towels.
Common Area: Coin-operated dryer on the B1 level (extra charge), luggage storage available.
Comfort & Safety: Strong water pressure and excellent heating. The building is highly secure with CCTV and a double-lock system (main entrance and room door). Security bars are installed on the window.

Check-out: Please do basic dishes and separate general waste from recyclables.
No Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed.
No Shoes: Please remove your shoes inside the room. (Bathroom slippers should only be used inside the bathroom).
No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and additional fees for professional cleaning and loss of revenue will be charged.
Registered Guests Only: Only pre-booked guests are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Items Not Provided: Bottled water and personal hygiene items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) are not provided. Additional towels beyond the initial set are not available.
