Introduction
When you're viewing an apartment, it seems to have a gym, rooftop, lounge, swimming pool, and everything else. But after moving in, will you actually use it every day? With the same budget, should you focus on size and location, or spend a little more to live in a building with better facilities? 🤔 📍This live stream will discuss common amenities in New York apartments based on real-life living experiences: which ones truly impact your life, and which ones you might only use a few times a year?
