offcampus@univillage offers a clubhouse, rooftop gym, laundry facilities, a cafeteria, a convenience store, and a relaxation area.

OffCampus@Univillage accommodates all students from the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus (UNMC) from any country. Residents should meet the following criteria:

• Be a student taking a course at UNMC

• Be a student on an organised study-abroad programme

• Be a student conducting a work placement as part of a degree-granting programme

• Be 18 years old or over at check-in (Students aged 16+ may book but must provide an indemnity form and comply with our under-18 policy)

Short-term nightly stays are also available for visitors, such as parents or guests of UNMC. Contact us for more information.

Offcampus@Univillage offer a 12-month contract at a lower monthly rent. Contracts shorter than 12 months are priced higher and are subject to room availability. 

Registration Fees (for new bookings):

• RM250 – Single / Deluxe Room

• RM380 – Studio / Super Deluxe

Deposit:

• 3 months upfront payment (2 months rent + 1 month utility deposit)

Rental Term Payment:

• Less than 6 months: Full rental payment required

• 7–12 months: Two equal installment payments apply

For safety, you can host up to three guests at a time during the day (9:00am–11:00pm). For overnight stays, visiting guests must book in advance online or at the Accommodation Office. All guests must be 18+ and present a photo ID upon entry.

You can clean your room yourself. If you prefer, cleaning service is available from RM50 onwards. Simply request service at the Accommodation Office whenever needed.

Offcampus@UniVillage has on-site maintenance staff available during office hours. Submit a maintenance request at the Accommodation Office before repairs, except in emergencies. Staff can handle plumbing, electrical, and other repairs in your room or common areas.
