[Cost]

No deposit, stamp duty 50-100RM, rent includes water and electricity (10 hours of air conditioning/day, extra 100RM per month for more than 10 hours), Internet, detergent, toilet paper, weekly cleaning fee and weekly change of bedding.

Unsubscription and subletting: Normal withdrawal or early withdrawal requires seven days' notice in advance. If no advance notice is given, the remaining rent balance will be refunded after deducting 7 days' rent. Subletting is not allowed.
