Upon booking of this property, I AGREE that: 

- Check in time: after 1500 hours (3:00 pm).

- Check out time: before 1100 hours (11:00 am).

- We reserve the rights to reject requests for early check in or late check out if the unit is not available. 

- The penalty for loss of room cards and keys is RM200 per card and RM50 per key.

- Strictly no outsiders allowed in the building without host’s permission. Please provide the correct amount of guest to avoid disappointment. Please seek permission before bringing pets and animals (additional charges apply). We reserve the rights to remove people who are not under the booking registration, or apply an additional charge of RM50 per person.

- Strictly no partying, gambling or illegal activities. We reserve the rights to remove guests without refund and contact relevant authorities if we suspect of such activities.

- Smoking inside our unit, including the balcony and any restricted areas in the building is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We will not hesitate to apply a RM200 restoration charge for doing such activities.

- No Durian and Mangosteen is allowed in the building. Restoration charge of RM200 applicable in offence.

- Follow the rules of building facilities and respect other users when using the common areas and facilities of the building. We are responsible hosts who respect our neighbours, and we require our guests to do the same. Penalty of RM200 or above (amount as charged by the building management) will be deducted from your deposit or billed to you, in your offence of building rules.

- Trash are required to be disposed of as per instructed by host or as instruction displayed in the trash room. Leaving trash in corridor are not allowed. Penalty of RM200 or above (amount as charged by the building management) will be deducted from your deposit or billed to you, in your offence of building rules.

- Strictly no loud music and noise inside the unit or in common areas, especially after 2100 hours (9:00 pm). Penalty of RM50 applicable in offence.

- If you have booked a shared unit, please clean up after yourself after using common areas. Penalty of RM50 applicable in offence.

- We are not responsible for any belongings left behind after check out. Please take care of your belongings and valuables. For security reasons, our staff are trained to dispose of all guest belongings after check out if found, regardless of its value.

- We welcome you to extend your stay with us. To avoid late check out fee, we require you to inform us AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE for extension.
