Rental & Payment Terms

Booking Fee: One (1) month advance rental to secure the unit (non-refundable)

Keycard Deposit RM100 (refundable).

Note: The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in.

Additional Information

Utilities Arrangement

- Utilities are shared among all housemates.

- Air-conditioning usage is charged separately at RM0.4443 per kWh, borne by the individual tenant.

**Example: If the total electricity bill is RM300, and the air-conditioning usage for a tenant is RM200, the remaining RM100 electricity balance plus water bill will be shared equally among all housemates.

Viewing

Cleaning Service

Gender Arrangement

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation before move-in: The booking fee is non-refundable.

- Subletting or subleasing is strictly prohibited.
