The room has great natural light and ventilation, a well-proportioned layout that doesn’t feel cramped, and complete, well-maintained furniture and appliances—ready to move in with just your luggage. The place was cleaned very thoroughly, and the kitchen and bathroom facilities are brand-new and easy to use. The community has solid security, convenient transportation, and nearby supermarkets, shops, and bus stops. The person in charge is super nice, responds quickly to any issues, and has a gentle, reasonable attitude. The value for money is excellent, the living comfort is perfect, and I plan to stay long-term. I sincerely recommend it to friends looking for a place!
Found an incredibly suitable rental! The interior is clean with no odors, the space is spacious, and there is plenty of storage. The appliances work properly, and utilities are clearly priced with no hidden fees. Transportation downstairs is convenient, and the environment is quiet and not noisy, so rest is completely undisturbed. The landlord is thoughtful and reliable, communication is smooth, and the viewing and move-in process is simple and hassle-free. Overall, it offers great value for money and a comfortable living experience—my top choice for renting. Highly recommended!
The room is quite good, close to the subway, relatively convenient for school, and near two large supermarkets, nsk and giant. Both supermarkets are relatively cheap locally. The apartment comes with a gym and a swimming pool, and you need to swipe a card to enter. There are also quite a few security personnel. Additionally, there’s a small supermarket opened on the same floor as the gym, which is quite convenient.
After checking in to Meta, I was quite satisfied with the overall experience. The room is spacious with good lighting, so there’s hardly a need to turn on the lights during the day. The furniture is complete and there is enough storage space, making it quite comfortable to live in. The apartment environment is quiet and the security is good, making everyday coming and going peaceful. The surrounding living facilities are convenient; it's easy to eat and shop, and it's not far from UPM, with a reasonable commuting time. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is good, making it suitable for international students to live long-term.
It was amazing experience. For being first time in Malaysia and starting my undergrad, I really needed the hassle free way of getting a great place to stay in and uhomes gave me the chance to have that and made everything about moving in buttery smooth and tension free. Thank you for that!
So I was in a rush and difficulties to find a new place near my school to move urgently that’s where I fell on Jordan he helped and responded majority of my questions and after Adam introduced me to the house which is just so beautiful and everything already here the residence is really secure and clean. I’m honestly happy I found this place so Thank you Jordan and Adam.

There were a few confusing parts along the way, especially with signing the agreement and scheduling the move-in time, but they were quick to help and resolved everything smoothly.
