The Grand Subang SS13 Co-Living, Subang Jaya

There are three layers of access control for security, but they all use the same access card; the 5th floor is the activity floor, with a swimming pool and gym, and it is also where the community office is located; the whole building seems to have been converted from a large hotel into rental apartments, so the decor looks decent; the window inside the 750 RM room faces the kitchen, so it generally doesn’t get much light, while the other two room types do have windows; the nearest place nearby is only a 99 Supermarket, where prices are relatively cheaper compared with other supermarkets; there are security guards; the internet speed is just good enough to not lag, but there is some latency when playing games on Chinese servers (around 100 ms); if you have too much stuff, there may be a mysterious twin-tail situation; sound insulation on the same floor is fairly average; the air circulation isn’t that good (for the 750 RM room); my roommates (in rooms at other price points) are foreigners, and although my English isn’t very good, I can still communicate simply with them, and they are also very nice; it’s fairly close to the school, about a ten- to twenty-minute walk.
