Facilities: The perfect landlord is very clean, and even though someone lived here for a year before, it still feels very new. Clean freaks will be thrilled. Internet speed: Honestly, you don’t really need Wi-Fi—mobile data is enough. Of course, if you want to game ✌️, getting Wi-Fi is also fine. Soundproofing: Super unbelievably quiet. The soundproofing in this apartment is excellent, hahaha. Location: Pretty close to the station and 🏫
Communicating with the agents were great, and the room provided as just as shown on their page, and the booking process was very simple
