The overall hardware of the house is very good, and the view is nice. However, some rooms have difficulty connecting to 4G signals. Additionally, upon moving in, I discovered that the previous tenant had a cat, which has left a lot of cat hair in the house, causing us to experience periodic allergies. I believe this should at least be mentioned in advance; after all, it’s quite uncomfortable to have tears and a runny nose at the same time.
