A really great e-sports room, haha. There’s hot water 24 hours a day, they don’t come rushing you even when the rent is due, the air circulation is also very good, the facilities inside are great, and maintenance staff come really quickly when you report an issue. Honestly, I think it’s pretty good.

Just moved into the Columbia Apartment in Auckland, it's really quite nice 👍👍👍. Although the room isn't large, it has great lighting, and the view outside is a cityscape. It's quiet during the day and the night view is amazing. The amenities are quite convenient; the kitchenette is basic but sufficient for one person. Transportation downstairs is convenient, so it's easy to get anywhere quickly. They provide excellent care and advice on accommodations, and if you don't know anything, you can ask the person in charge quickly and contact the landlord and the customer quickly. No matter what problems you have with the accommodation, you can contact them quickly. They are always there to help us when we need advice or assistance on the accommodation you choose or anything else. I personally like it very much, so I highly recommend it.
There are cockroaches, who understands coming home to see a cockroach crawling on the wall.<br>The refrigerator is also filthy, it's dirty to the point of being unbearable. The exterior is so dirty it's beyond words; it feels sticky to the touch.<br>The equipment is particularly old, the toilet is broken, and there's rust everywhere, which is really bothersome.<br>Sound insulation: it's terrible, you can hear the neighbor snoring from all angles without any dead spots.
Highly recommended, very cost-effective. The house is clean and the front desk is very responsible.
