Our facilities
In Livensa Living Porto you can choose between between a variety of studios including our Diamond option with its own private terrace, all of the rooms have fully equipped kitchens (induction hob, oven, fridge, etc.) private WC. We also have Twin rooms which have been expertly designed to utilize the space so 2 people can share a room together, and of course you get to use all of the amazing site facilities but at a very competitive price.
An enormous 25 meter heated swimming pool will be available throughout the year in the middle of landscaped gardens; a gym that has been designed by experts with state-of-the-art equipment with dedicated spaces for yoga, Pilates, a sauna; two large private dining rooms with capacity for up to 12 people with fully equipped kitchens, lounge space and private outdoor terrace; a variety of study-oriented spaces, including a library, meeting rooms, modern co-working spaces and areas of study; a games room which offers a selection of games (pool table, table football, card tables etc); a double-height soundproofed multi-media/performance/cinema room for movies, games, lectures, music ; a laundry; 24 hour reception; underground safe parking for cars and bikes; and our high-speed Wi-fi that offers 100 MB of download speed throughout the residence.
The whole building has state of the art facilities where is everything is designed to inspire comfort, security and modern living. Everything for you to feel like at home and socialize with your friends who have come to a city that you took as yours.
For your safety and peace of mind all facilities are monitored 24 hours a day through a system of video and controlled entries.

The resident will have to pay a booking fee of 250€ and a deposit of 1,000€
