Our residences offer you different types of rooms (single, double, and twin) with different decorative styles (retro and modern). Our residences are located in Rio Tinto, Porto, and all of them are very well located, close to the main Campus of Porto University as well as near São João Hospital, Oncology Institute (IPO), Católica University, Lusíada University, Portucalense University, Fernando Pessoa University, and Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
Most of our guests are foreign university students, so you will have the opportunity to meet new friends and new cultures.
