【Fees Details】

There is no agency fee for direct rental of cooperative apartments. The deposit is one month's rent. Public facilities fee: $150+GST/month. Registration management fee is $150+GST/per contract. Public facilities fees include water and electricity charges, so water and electricity charges are not paid separately every month.

The apartment is 547 meters away from Boon Lay MRT Station, and it is a 6-minute walk to the MRT station. The apartment is about 4km away from NTU, and the school is about 20 minutes away by bus. The apartment is strategically located. It only takes 11 minutes to walk from the apartment, or take bus No. 240 for 2 minutes. Station, or wait for bus 178/187/154/180/30 for one or two stops to reach Jurong Point Mall, which integrates dining and shopping. There are also food stalls, supermarkets, convenience stores and other living facilities nearby the apartment. It only takes 5-7 minutes to walk. Things to note when booking at 85soho: 1. Breach of contract policy: The contract cannot be terminated in advance. Otherwise, all deposits will be confiscated and all remaining rents will be held forfeited in case of breach of contract; if students sublet and find a lessee, relevant responsibilities will not be held. 2. Check-in/move-out time: Check-in time is after 14:00 pm on the same day (you can check in early if you have packed the room in advance); move-out time is before 12:00 noon on the same day. If checking in on non-working days, students are required to pay the full fee and make an appointment to check in. 3. Note: If students have any problems after moving in, they need to report it to the apartment. The apartment will then change the room to another room with the same conditions. Wait until the room is corrected before moving back (if you change to a more expensive room, you do not need to pay extra cost).
