The internet speed is not great, but I am basically satisfied with everything else. The staff is very serious and responsible, the public areas are also very clean, and the room facilities are good. The surroundings are very convenient. The teacher from the other place, Qiqi, was very responsible when making the reservation.

I have been living here for half a year now. The apartment facilities are constantly being upgraded, and the management services are always attentive. The nus cross-border shuttle bus is particularly convenient. Thanks to Teacher Qi Qi for the recommendation.

85 Soho services are very good, the location is nice, it is very close to the NUS Law School and the Botanic Gardens subway station, and there are many convenience stores and supermarkets around. The sanitation facilities are great, and there is a water dispenser on each floor, which is very convenient.
Provide early lease termination and subleasing services.
The overall experience is good. It's convenient and effortless. There's no need to share with roommates or have ties with landlords. Especially, having all utilities included is an advantage.

The intermediary was quite urgent in urging me, which is understandable. Regarding the housing, I am personally quite satisfied; there are no mosquitoes, and the overall environment is acceptable. The staff attitude is also very good; they even distributed mooncakes to everyone during the Mid-Autumn Festival. However, there is one very big problem, which is that the internet frequently disconnects. Since many classes are conducted through Zoom and there are a lot of readings to do, it has caused a certain degree of inconvenience.

However, it can be a bit troublesome for meals as there are mostly takeout options. Teacher Bonnie is very nice and helped me secure this accommodation. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
