This hotel apartment is designed with students' needs in mind. Each spacious room is equipped with modern amenities to provide a comfortable living experience. The social areas promote interaction among students, while the quiet study corners help focus on academics. The green environment and leisure areas offer students a place to relax, creating a perfect blend of academic and living space.

The hotel is across from Vivocity, and it's not far from the subway station and bus station.
The hotel has just been refurbished and the decoration is very modern. The large windows on the whole wall are very bright and can see the sea. Opposite the hotel is vivocity, with Fairprice Xtra and Don Don Donki, it is very convenient to eat and shop.
Renting is earning, and it will be hard to part with it when you move out 😭

Unit type: Hotel style suite
Configuration: Independent bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, king bed room (rooms with or without tables and chairs can be selected, beds without tables and chairs are larger), room has fresh air system, and windows cannot be opened.
There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and food stalls near the apartment, and all kinds of meals are available. The apartment does not have a restaurant, but you can go to the shopping mall across the street for dining. The apartment does not allow cooking in the room, and any discovery will result in a fine.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the Harbour front subway station.
Two subway stations away from SRMC, commuting for about 5-10 minutes.
Commuting to Kaplan/smu/nafa/lasalle is about 8-15 minutes away, and it can be reached by four subway stations.
Across from the apartment is the large shopping mall vivo City, Yifeng City, and the tourist destination Sentosa.

[Cost details]
1. Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees. Booking requires paying one month's rent as a deposit and locking the room for the first month's rent.
2.The check-in time is after 15:00. If you need to check in before 15:00, you need to lock your room one night in advance. Otherwise, whether you can check in early depends on the availability of the room. (Pre locking the room will incur an additional full day fee based on the confirmed room rate. Whether or not to pre lock the room depends on the availability.) Check out time is before 12 o'clock. If you need to check out late, it depends on the availability of the room. If you check out late before 18:00, a fee of 50% of the current room price will be charged. If you check out late after 18:00, a full day room fee will be charged.
3. The apartment will undergo monthly inspections on convenient dates for tenants. If there is any damage to the room or repair/replacement is required, the cost will be borne by the tenant.
4. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before the check-in. Termination of lease requires 30 days prior notice, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
5. The monthly rent is paid directly by the tenant at the apartment reception on the 1st of each month.
6. The cleaning fee of SGD 200 will be deducted from the deposit each time.
7. Additional surcharges (increased per room per night on specified dates below):

December 24th, 2024, 25th - SGD 60
December 31, 2024- SGD 60

The advantage is that the transportation is really convenient; right next to it is Vivo City, which has large supermarkets, making it quite convenient. The hotel front desk can also help you receive parcels and print documents. The downside is that the noise is quite loud; the doors and windows are basically not soundproof, and the sounds of the elevator and traffic are very noisy, making it unsuitable for people sensitive to noise. Setting aside the room, Teacher Qi is probably the most responsible agent I have ever encountered. After checking in, she was very dedicated in helping me solve problems, and even when I had given up on my deposit, she successfully helped me sublease the room, which moved me to tears.

The internet speed is really frustratingly slow, and at this price point, the room is close to a mosque. If you open the window, all you see is a graveyard, the glass insulation is average, and right next to it are the docks and an overpass, so the car noise is a bit loud. The room is just right for one person, and it doesn't feel small.
