Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
Note that all prices include 9% consumption tax. The registration fee of $109 is non-refundable. The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. Students are required to pay the full amount before checking in.

MDIS Residences is a 15-story dormitory specially designed for students, providing 1,600 beds. Male and female students live in 2 blocks. Students can use facilities on the MDIS campus during their stay. The apartment has a strong learning and working atmosphere, with 24-hour security and various social activities. Students here can not only make friends from different countries, but also learn to grow independently.

The apartment is located near the city, with very convenient transportation. Students can easily get where they want to go. There are many convenient facilities such as food courts and shopping around.
The apartment is 4.8km away from NUS, and the school can be reached in about 25 minutes by bus.
