Notes on credit card information:
1. For reservations with a lease term exceeding 30 days: Please fill out your credit card information and submit it to the apartment no later than 7 days before check-in.
2. For reservations with a lease term of less than 30 days, please fill out your credit card information and submit it to the apartment no later than 24 hours before check-in.
Booking and fee payment details:
1. For bookings with a lease term of less than or equal to one month, tenants are required to pay the full rent in one lump sum.
2. For bookings with a lease term of less than 3 months, a deposit of 1 month's rent is required.
3. For reservations with a lease term exceeding 3 months, a deposit of 1 month's rent and 1 month's rent must be paid.
4. For bookings with a lease term exceeding 6 months, a deposit of 2 months of rent plus 1 month of rent must be paid.

Shared apartment type: A set of 6 rooms, divided into single and double rooms, each with 3 bathrooms.
The room is equipped with furniture, checked in with a bag, clean and tidy.
Bills included and weekly free cleaning.
[Booking Notice]
After receiving the confirmation letter and payment link, payment must be made within 72 hours; If the booking time is within 72 hours from the check-in time, please complete the payment within the same day after receiving the confirmation letter and payment link. Otherwise, the apartment will cancel the booking application. If there is still a need after exceeding the payment deadline, please contact the consulting advisor.
[Geographical Location]
The apartment is 80 meters away from the Farrer Park subway station. It's a one minute walk away. Adjacent to the bus stop.

Notes:
1. Rooms of the same room type are randomly arranged and cannot be specified.
2. The windows of all unit types cannot be opened.
3. There is a gym, no swimming pool, the outdoor gym is on the 4th floor, and the indoor gym is on the 1st floor.
4. There are a total of 19 floors. The 5th to 19th floors are for accommodation.
