[Apartment Facilities&Services]
All rooms are cleaned and bed sheets are changed for free every two weeks, and the kitchen area collects garbage every day. 
When checking in, provide bed sheets, blankets, pillows, etc., including bill, water and electricity fees, property management fees, and management fees. Just move in with your bags. 
Gym, swimming pool, shared meal preparation area free of charge, public laundry room 1 time S$5 (7kg).
Guests aged 16 and above are acceptable, and a Letter of Consent must be attached when signing the contract. Pets are not allowed. 
[Cost Details]
Deposit: Within 365 days, one month's rent; For more than 12 months, a deposit of 2 months' rent is required. 
Down payment: deposit+one month's rent (depending on the booking date). Payment before the 15th only needs to be made from the day of check-in until the end of the month. After the 15th, including the 15th, payment needs to be made for the starting date of stay, one month's rent, and one month's deposit
The down payment shall be paid within 3 days after signing the contract, and the remaining rent shall be paid monthly. The apartment will remind you 7 days in advance.
