You are required to move out on the morning of the expiration of the contract. For example, if the contract you signed expires on May 1, then you have to leave on the morning of May 1. Even if you give the money for that day, you cannot leave at night.

Cancellation Policy

Details

1. Check-in/check-out time: The check-in time is after 14:00 pm on the same day (if the room is packed in advance, you can check in early); The check-out time is before 12:00 am on the same day.
2. After booking, if you do not go to Singapore due to personal reasons, the deposit and registration fee will not be refunded.
3. If there is a breach of contract, it is necessary to fully pay the remaining outstanding rent. Otherwise, responsibility will be pursued.
4. If a tenant is found to take over your room, the apartment may not hold you responsible, but transferring a room requires paying a sublease fee. Secondly, the new tenant's rent should be signed based on the current rent and lease term price, rather than the price of the old contract. For example, if a student signs a contract for 9 months, stays for 6 months, and transfers out for 3 months, then the tenant needs to sign a new contract based on the then 3-month rental price, rather than the 9-month rental price.
5. If there is a sense of luck or a breach of contract to escape, the apartment will take legal measures.

Refund Policy

1. If the student decides not to go to Singapore after making a reservation for personal reasons, will the deposit be refunded?

3. Regarding 1&2, if yes, if we or the student find a tenant to continue living in the house, will the original student's deposit be refunded?
If the tenant takes over seamlessly, the deposit can be refunded.
4. If the tenant fails to pay the rent on time, the tenant must pay a late payment fee to the owner, which is 5% of the deposit for each day of delay. If the delay exceeds 7 days, it will be deemed as a breach of contract without the owner's permission, and the owner has the right to take back the room rented by the tenant and clean up and dispose of any items in the rented room.
5. If the tenant needs to renew the lease at the end of the lease, he/she should notify the owner in writing at least one month before the expiration of the lease, and has the priority to renew the lease under the same conditions. Similarly, if the tenant needs to move out at the end of the lease, he/she should notify the owner in writing at least one month before the expiration of the lease, otherwise the rental deposit will be confiscated and will not be refunded. The renewal lease period and rent amount will be determined by negotiation between the tenant and the owner.

5. If you fail to pay the full first installment of rent later than the initial rent start time of initial application, it will be deemed as a breach of contract and the deposit will be forfeited.
6. You must fulfill your obligation to pay rent during the entire lease period as soon as the contract is signed. If you break the contract midway, you should notify us at least one month in advance. Otherwise, the apartment owner has the right to recover all rent for the remaining contract period.
