The Malista Student Apartment is located at the intersection of Wende Road and Malista Road, and has a history of over 50 years of office buildings.

[Superior location and convenient transportation]
Opposite the apartment is the famous 24-hour Basha Deli Center and restaurant in Singapore. Banks, shopping malls, supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, and the famous Sun Yat sen Nanyang Memorial Hall are within reach. Novina and Tai Ba Yao are two subway stations in close proximity, and convenient life begins here. Take public transportation to reach major universities.

[Comfortable environment]
We provide a comfortable environment: security system, built-in air conditioning, entertainment and leisure areas, study corners, daily room cleaning, laundry services, full coverage of apartment network, ironing services, and more. The apartment has no access control and is locked 24 hours a day. Only students can check in and unlock their fingerprints (additional services require additional payment)

-Third floor: public area, public kitchen, bathroom, and some male rooms
-Other floors: various rooms and bathrooms
-60 rooms and 150 beds in total (floor to be determined based on available rooms)

[Facility Services]
(1) The rent includes: water, electricity, WiFi, room cleaning, laundry service (free and unlimited) * no dryer
(2) Kitchen facilities: water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, oven (* No gas, no cooking allowed)

[Fee Details]
- One month deposit (refundable upon choosing to leave the apartment, non refundable upon default)
- Registration fee (one-time payment upon check-in): SGD 200
- Subscribe to our guardian service for your child (so parents do not need to accompany them in Singapore): $400 per month.

[Term Statement]
- All prices mentioned in this apartment are in SGD.
- The check-in period must reach at least three months.
- Booking is only considered completed after paying a one month deposit.
- Three months of rent is required upon formal check-in.
- The payment cycle is once every three months, and the one-time payment will cover the rent for the next three months.
- If the student is unable to reside until the next payment cycle, they only need to pay the corresponding fee.
- The student's check-out date must be notified to the apartment at least one month in advance.
- The accommodation fee for the first three months includes a one-time registration fee of S $200.
