The Potong Pasir Student Apartment is a new apartment established in April 2022, providing affordable apartments for international students. We have also inherited the valuable experience of our sisters dormitory, Balestier Student Accommodation, and continue to provide high-quality dormitory services.

Living with students of similar age and interests. Share bright and clean public spaces. While having an energetic study day, your safety can also be guaranteed 24 hours a day.
· No access control, locked within 24 hours, only available for student fingerprint unlocking upon check-in.
· Public areas: leisure area, mini kitchen * 2 (kitchen facilities: water dispenser; refrigerator; microwave; electric rice cooker; without gas and not allowed to stir fry), study corner, evening self-study area, laundry room (Every time you wash or spin dry clothes, you need to throw 2 Singapore dollars.)
· The terms and regulations stipulate that the stay period is at least 3 months. Before booking, it is necessary to submit relevant documents and pay the deposit (which can be refunded upon check-out and the amount is one month's rent). After confirming the reservation and submitting the documents, we will give the student one day to pay the deposit. If the deposit is overdue, the bed will continue to be opened to other students who wish to book. At the first check-in, a one-time registration fee of SGD $200 is required. The bed rent is paid every three months. If the lease term is less than the entire month, the excess lease term will be calculated in days. Apartments do not allow cooking, but simple food can be cooked using boiling water and a microwave. (There are food stalls and shopping malls around the apartment.)
