[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Apartment Features]
Configuration: 24-hour security.
The room is furnished and tidy.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located in the western part of Singapore, two stations away from Haw Par Villa Station, close to NUS/NUH and Science Park 1 and 2. It takes 5-10 minutes by public bus, about 6 minutes by bus to NUS, and about 3 minutes to Curtin.

The pictures and videos are reference pictures of the apartment types in the same community. The final room will be subject to the actual room occupied. For further information, please contact the consultant.
