[Apartment Lease Term]
The lease term starts from 12 months.

[Fee Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking the property.
There are two options based on the housing price: one that includes utilities and one that does not. For the option without included utilities, a separate service fee of RMB 5000 will be charged. For specific pricing details, please consult with our advisor. 

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Apartment Features]
Configuration: 24-hour monitoring.
The interior is furnished and tidy.
Provide swimming pools and gyms within the community, and the price does not include utilities and cleaning costs. 
Apartment environment: Senior apartment, boundary swimming pool, gym, tennis court, barbecue table, fully equipped. 

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is conveniently located, surrounded by local restaurants, parks, and sports fields. 
Convenient transportation, there are bus stops and food stalls downstairs, supermarkets and convenience stores. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the subway station and bus stop, and 7 minutes to walk to JCU.
