[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
Not including bills.
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 
Service management fee: A service fee of SGD 200 per person will be charged. which is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the rent. 
Services Content: Consultation and reservation, preparation of contracts, leading students to move in, familiarizing them with the living environment, assisting in following up and handling all issues after moving in.  

[Payment Cycle]
Monthly payment: Deposit two and pay one
Quarterly payment: Deposit one and pay three

The surrounding facilities are complete, including a gym, swimming pool, food court, supermarket, and hospital.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is 100 meters away from Beacon and takes approximately 1 minute walk; 900km away from EAIM, walking for about 13 minutes; The apartment is about 20 minutes away from Kaplan by bus.
