You get what you pay for. The rent is 800 SGD, and the utilities (water, electricity, internet) are 40 SGD. There are no windows, and if the door is closed for a long time, the room will start to smell, so it needs to be kept open to avoid the odor. The price is cheap, and it's very close to NUS, so it's acceptable.
