The apartment is located around the Green Line Jingwan'an Subway Station, within walking distance of a bus stop, subway station, park, fast food restaurant, and hospital; Located 2 kilometers away from East Coast Park, it is very convenient to enjoy the sea view in your leisure time. A brand new dormitory environment, equipped with indoor and outdoor fitness areas, runways, study areas, lounges, and public kitchens, enriching daily life. The room is equipped with air conditioning, wardrobe, tables and chairs, bed, and mattress.

[Fee details]
One time registration fee: 205SGD (price is subject to current goods and services tax and is not refundable)
Optional/Additional Fees:
1) 1 set of bed sheets, pillowcases, and blankets, priced at $80 per set (subject to current GST)
2) There are washing machines and dryers in the laundry area:
Washing-3SDG/per load, Drying-3SDG/per 35 minutes, additional $1 per 8 minutes
3) Basic Kitchenware Set: Pot/Pan, Plate, Bowl, and Tableware Set priced at $89 (subject to current GST)
4) Connection bathroom for 2 and 3 beds, Type A or B, additional 200SGD (subject to current Goods and Services Tax)
5) A peak period surcharge of 5% is required upon check-in from July 15th to October and from January to April.
6) Choosing the preferred bed requires an additional charge of S $85 (subject to availability)
The price includes:
• Public facilities
• WiFi
• Weekly room cleaning (public areas only)
• Single bed mattress, mattress protector, pillow and pillowcase
• Shuttle service, 7am to 10am (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
If the reservation is cancelled, the deposit or booking fee (whichever is paid) will be confiscated.
The deposit (equivalent to one month's rent) and one month's advance payment should be paid at the time of signing the license agreement, and all payments must be made at the time of check-in.

*We are pleased to announce that we will launch a new short distance bus shuttle service on December 11, 2023*
This service will be available from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays, from 7am to 10am.
The shuttle bus will run between 116 Telok Kurau, Lorong J, and Payar Lebar subway stations. Students can take the bus at the entrance of 116 Lorong J.
