[Fee Details] 
The deposit is one month's rent. 
The cost of the water and electricity network is evenly distributed, and the management fee is $ 200.

-Moving-out cleaning $80 (standard room), $108 (ensuite room)
-Weekly room cleaning $90 (standard room), $110 (ensuite room) (optional)

[Unsubscribe Policy]
Early termination of lease is not allowed. If there is a breach of contract, all fees already paid will be deducted. Subleasing is not allowed. In special circumstances, it is necessary to contact the apartment personnel, and the final decision will be based on the apartment.
