[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property.

[Reservation Notice]
Tenants are required to notify the management in writing one month prior to the end of the lease to confirm whether they intend to terminate the contract at expiration or extend it. (Notice given less than one month in advance for move-out is not valid.)

[Apartment Features]
Fully furnished, move in with your bag.
The surrounding facilities are complete and the transportation is convenient.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located near JCU/ERC and can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.  
It takes 2 minutes to walk from the apartment to the bus station.
The apartment is located near the Yellow Line of the subway to Dakuda, which can be reached by walking for 5-7 minutes.
