[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Apartment Features]
The room is furnished and tidy.  
The community has a gym, swimming pool, and 24-hour security.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located in a prime location, surrounded by shopping centers, supermarkets, entertainment facilities, restaurants, and many other public facilities.
The apartment is also relatively close to universities, subway stations, and other transportation options.
