[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property.

[Reservation Notice]
Tenants can check in during Singapore time from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 
Tenants are required to notify the management in writing one month prior to the end of the lease to confirm whether they intend to terminate the contract at expiration or extend it. (Notice given less than one month in advance for move-out is not valid.)

[Apartment Features]
A house with no more than 6 people, equipped with furniture, clean and tidy.
The community has a gym, swimming pool, sauna, and 24-hour security.
The apartment is equipped with a paid shuttle bus from central to western schools, arranged according to the schedule.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located near central schools such as JCU, LSBF, PSB, and near Paya Lebar subway station.  
It is about 2.1 kilometers away from JCU School and takes about 20 minutes of commuting.
The apartment has a superior geographical location, with local schools, supermarkets, food stalls, and churches nearby, and is close to public transportation such as bus routes such as 30, 40, 43, 134, 135, 197, and 853M.
