[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
1. Utilities charges excluded.
2. A one-time administration fee of $100.00/unit (subject to GST) is payable upon check-in. 
3. Addition or change of occupant during tenancy period is $50.00 (subject to GST).
4. Mattress/pillows/pillow case/bedsheets are not included in the quoted rates.
5. Security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent and $250 for keys & utilities) is to be made payable upon confirmation of booking. 
6. One month's advance rent is to be made payable upon signing the tenancy agreement or check-in, whichever is earlier.
7. Security deposit shall be forfeited if the booking is cancelled.
8. Rental rates and charges are subject to changes.
9. Lift landing at 5th and 8th storey, add $50.00 to the monthly rental.
