[Apartment Lease Period]
Minimum lease term is 6 months. 

[Cost Details]
The fees include accommodation, wireless internet, utilities, amenities, and air-conditioned rooms. Fully equipped bedding, study desk, bookshelf, and wardrobe are provided. Direct shuttle service to and from school, 24-hour on-duty life supervisor, supervision of students' homework/study plans, daily room cleaning and laundry service, school uniform ironing service, and monthly extracurricular activities/outings are included.
Meals: Breakfast is provided daily, and lunch or dinner (choose one) on weekdays / three meals on weekends and public holidays.
The rental fee is the final price including GST, while the apartment service package fee does not include the prevailing GST.
Apartment service package fee is subject to the prevailing GST.
One-time administrative fee: S$272.50 (inclusive of tax).
Availability of bed spaces is subject to actual vacancy.
In case of reservation cancellation, the deposit and administrative fee paid will be forfeited.
A deposit (equivalent to one month's rent), administrative fee, and at least one month's rent and apartment service package fee are required upon signing the contract.
Other fees:
 - If you require local guardianship services for your child, the fee is SGD 300 per month, or SGD 3000 per year. This fee is non-refundable.
- Additional tutoring fees/extra courses as per student's request.

The apartment is approximately 600m from Potong Pasir (NE10) MRT station.
The apartment is about 300m from the bus stop.
