After communicating that there were no vacancies, she immediately suggested I change my target, and I was able to successfully book a double room at Yoha Evans. Now, I can finally stop worrying about becoming homeless!
The housing prices are affordable, including water and electricity, with school buses available at the door, making it convenient for attending school.
The environment is nice, and the restaurant downstairs is very unique.
The surrounding environment is very nice, highly recommend a single room.
The environment is quite good, and it is relatively close to the school.
I have been living here for almost half a month, and I am still very satisfied. It's really a great deal to rent a room with a private bathroom in Singapore at this price. Consultant Miss Li Zongrui is super patient. I initially inquired because I was planning to come here in February, but at that time there were no available rooms. Later, due to my own reasons, I changed it to March. After providing feedback, the consultant mentioned that there might be rooms available in March, and sure enough, I successfully secured a room 😊. The check-in process went smoothly, and the apartment facilities and environment are great. Yixiang Haoju really is a major platform and is worthy of trust 👍.

The internet speed is indeed quite slow, but the room size, the distance to NUS Bukit Timah, the surrounding environment, and the dormitory management are all very good.
I personally think it's pretty good, except that cooking isn't very convenient. Thank you very much to Teacher Bonnie for your help before! Overall, I'm still very satisfied!
The cost-performance ratio is very good, with an independent bathroom layout that ensures privacy and security. It is considered to be a very high cost-performance ratio in the Bukit Timah area, especially since it is close to the school. The metro station is a ten-minute walk away, and there is a supermarket within a ten-minute walk too. There are quite a few bus stops nearby. However, the surrounding amenities are relatively few, and there is also a lot of noise, with geckos making sounds at night. The internet speed is also quite limited. The management staff is very enthusiastic. Finally, I would like to thank Teacher Bonie for being super patient in helping arrange the airport pickup and coordinating with the apartment staff!

The area near Bukit Chagar Road is indeed very convenient, not far from anywhere, and there's a shuttle bus, making it quite easy to get to the main campus of NUS. The price is really quite reasonable, but it's a pity that yoHA will no longer be operating in the future.
