The Pearl, Eugene

Our buildings are located just blocks from the University of Oregon and NCU campus and also conveniently located minutes from Lane Community College. Students can conveniently walk to class, or use our massive, secure bike storage room and bike to campus. There are also close public bus stops near our buildings. Because our community is so close to campus, most residents choose to walk or ride their bikes to class. For those that just have to bring their vehicle, we have secure garage and surface lot parking available for lease.
