What do I need to bring to the apartment?

What if a bedroom or apartment needs repairs?
If you need maintenance, simply log in to the resident portal on the apartment website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or go to the front desk. If it is an emergency, please notify the front desk or call 911 immediately.
What is the apartment application fee?
The apartment application fee is collected by the apartment. It is a fee for reviewing the applicant's materials. It is also a fee that everyone must pay when applying for an apartment. Note: No matter whether the application is successful or not, the apartment will not refund this fee. Applications will only be officially accepted once the application fee has been submitted. But the apartment waived the application fee for tenants.

Will the apartment collect my package? Is it ok before check-in?
Under normal circumstances, the apartment will not collect the package until after the lease start date of the contract.
When can I check in when I arrive? How to do it?

What do I need to do if I cancel the lease?
