Our apartments are fully stocked with all mod-cons, perfect for student living. This includes a bed, desk, cupboard, tv and in the kitchen, 2 plate stove, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, kettle, fridge and microwave. All apartments have their own standard bathroom with shower, basin and loo.

Situated in the most famous street in Cape Town, 106 Adderley, a 14 storey building with 50 apartments on each floor, has everything you need right on your doorstep. The building is in walking distance to restaurants, shops and all main transport terminals, including all colleges and schools.

Payment can be made bi-annually or annually on a one year contract, excluding the deposit of R8000 (2016).
