Location: This apartment is currently the latest student apartment in Brisbane, located very close to UQ in the Toowong community, which has complete infrastructure with large supermarkets 🏬 and many restaurants 🍴, and convenient public transport 🚌. Facilities: The apartment is one of the few with windows that can be opened and closed 🪟 for ventilation, equipped with a public kitchen and a communal laundry area that is cleaned every week. Life: At the same time, there are many interesting activities every month, such as yoga 🧘, hiking 🧗, BBQ 🥩, etc., to enrich life! Internet Speed: The staff are very friendly and willing to help us solve problems, and repairs are usually responded to by the next day 🤗. Previously, the apartment often had internet outages which were quickly switched to Telstra, and the elevator seldom malfunctioned 🥰. View: Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the river view is really nice!! The rain and sunset are both beautiful, and it’s very comfortable to sunbathe normally 🫢.

The location is excellent, with a shopping mall and bus station just downstairs, making it very convenient for food, clothing, housing, and transportation.

The restroom is very clean, and the common areas are also tidy. Each floor has designated places for disposing of garbage. I stayed in a studio, which provided a microwave and a refrigerator, offering a spacious accommodation.
The apartment is much better than expected, many thanks to my agent Harry. The room is very comfortable, and just across the overpass is the Toowong shopping mall, which has an Asian supermarket and three large supermarkets, with very well-developed infrastructure.

UniLodge Toowong is a newly constructed student accommodation in Brisbane. UniLodge Toowong offers studios for single or double occupancy. The building comprises 592 beds, 15 stories, and features excellent views of the Brisbane River. The property is close to The University of Queensland-St Lucia Campus and it can be reached in 11 minutes by bus 412, or 9 minutes by bike. Toowong train station is 3 minutes walk away from our building, Bus stop Benson St at Toowong, stop 14, Toowong is also 3 minutes walk away, providing esay access to the rest of the city. UniLodge Toowong - Student Accommodation Brisbane is designed with modern amenities and conveniences, meet residents' daily needs. From the building, it spends 28 minutes by bus to QUT Gardens Point Campus and 27 minutes by bus to QUT Kelvin Grove Campus.
