International bank transfer requires an additional $30 handling fee. Additional services: airport pick-up (one way) about $140-$170/time, special Meals (vegetarian/halal) are about $40-$50/week, and transportation on weekdays is about $50-$100/week. You need to apply two weeks in advance to move out.

If you need an independent bathroom, you will need to pay an additional $60 per week for rent. Whether you can book it successfully depends on the room status.

Apartment prices/room status change at any time. The specific rent price is subject to the final OFFER and contract sent by the apartment.

Starting from January 1st, 2025, the application fee for non-high school students is $350, and the application fee for high school students is $390.
