1)合同起租日期前一周退订,扣2周的deposit,bond退还;
2)若是已经入住或超过合同起租日期退租:需要一直支付房租直到找到承租人,同时需要缴纳一周房租(罚金)+一周房租*10%(税费)+退租清洁费
3)签证拒签等情况同样适用以上退订政策,没有无责退订的情况
4)退租清洁,可以自己找,也可以使用公寓推荐的合作清洁公司,公共区域每个住户需要进行清扫
5)退租需要提前1-2个月书面通知公寓
