Living in a shared room at Scape Tribune is a great experience. The apartment is super convenient, with a bus station right downstairs that takes you to school in just ten minutes, along with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room is fully equipped with appliances, neat and tidy, and the kitchen is very convenient. The desk and other furniture are in good condition, and the windows have excellent soundproofing, so it’s not noisy even though it's on the street. The apartment has 24-hour security, and the public study room is clean and tidy. The staff respond quickly to any issues, making the overall living experience comfortable and safe, perfect for international students looking for long-term rentals.
The overall environment is quite good, the room is small but has everything you need, the desk is spacious, and the bathroom is compact but does not hinder bathing, the public kitchen is well maintained by everyone.
The apartment is quite old and the sound insulation is also poor. To be honest, there aren't many advantages. They even charge for laundry. Currently, the public area is cleaned once a month, but as you know, you still have to maintain it yourself. Having a roommate who doesn't clean in a shared space is something you have to deal with.
Complete facilities, good location, the bus stop to the city center and schools is just outside, a train station is two minutes away by foot, as well as a supermarket, an Asian supermarket, and McDonald's.
Very good, living alone is not a problem for one person, and actually, 5b5b doesn’t really interact with the roommates much. It's just that the facilities are a bit old, and the elevator is occasionally under repair with only one available.

The dual access control is very secure, and there are security personnel at night. The air circulation in the apartment is good, and there are many activities, so you can often get free food. It is very close to Southbank train station and bus station, only a 3-5 minute walk, and 10 minutes to UQ, also accessible to nearby large shopping malls. Disadvantages: the sound insulation is poor, conversations from roommates next door can be clearly heard, and loud noises affect sleep and study. The area is small, which can be somewhat depressing.

It only took five days from looking at the house to paying the deposit (p-person satisfaction version) Thanks to teacher Iris for her enthusiastic help~
