The common areas are very clean, and cleaning staff maintain hygiene every day. Hot water is available in the rooms 24 hours a day, including in the kitchen. The surrounding streets are quiet and spacious. It is only 300 meters from the station and just 400 meters from an Asian supermarket. For students studying at UQ, it only takes a 300-meter walk to the station, then 4 stops on the M2 bus, about 9 minutes, to reach the university directly. The apartment is close to South Bank Park, with a bustling commercial street nearby. There are vendor markets on Saturdays and Sundays that you can visit. The apartment offers excellent value for money, with water, electricity, and internet included, as well as a free gym and free entertainment facilities. There are also free tea party events from time to time.
Scape Merivale, as a typical student apartment in Brisbane, has relatively complete facilities. The 2b1b unit I stayed in is equipped with basic amenities such as a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and air conditioning. The personal room is relatively spacious, but the open kitchen area is narrower than before, requiring us to move stools outside to eat at the stove. The front desk staff are friendly; however, the stove in our room was broken upon check-in, and it has been two days since I submitted the repair request without anyone showing up to fix it.
The overall living experience at Scape Merivale is excellent. The apartment facilities are comprehensive and well maintained, and the internet is stable and smooth, making everyday browsing and online classes completely hassle-free. The rooms have excellent soundproofing, providing a quiet living environment that is ideal for University of Queensland international students to study and rest. The apartment is conveniently located, with complete daily amenities nearby, and the front desk staff respond promptly. It is suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended for students coming to Brisbane to study.

The apartment is very new, has good facilities, is in a safe location, offers a good living environment, and the staff are very nice. The apartment security is also good, and there is a study room on each floor, which is nice. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the station, which is convenient.
The facilities in this building are excellent. Among the several student apartments near South Bank, this one has the newest facilities and the best sound insulation. Moreover, there is a bus service right at the entrance of this apartment that takes UQ Pharmacy students directly to PACE Building in just 9 minutes, which is particularly convenient.
The house is very clean, has excellent lighting, and is well-ventilated. The front desk communicates promptly and responds to requests. The furniture and appliances are complete, and the surrounding transportation is convenient, with both supermarkets and vegetable markets available. Living here is particularly comfortable.
