The apartment is located in the center of Brisbane. Just go downstairs and cross the road to find the bus stop, making it very convenient for school. It is also very close to supermarkets like Coles and WWS, making shopping easy. Highly recommended! The front desk staff are all very friendly and are always willing to help with any needs!

The room facilities are good and meet expectations. The internet is generally stable, and the kitchenware provided by the apartment and left by previous tenants is quite complete, saving a lot of effort and money. The room has decent sound insulation; it is very quiet when the doors and windows are closed. The transportation nearby is quite convenient; there is a bus station just across the street downstairs, and a two to three-minute walk to the riverside will take you to the ferry terminal (my room actually has a corner view of the river). The location is considered CBD, with various shops, restaurants, and supermarkets basically within a 500m walking distance, everything you could need is available; however, it feels quite deserted after work hours in the evening. The most important thing is that I encountered some really nice roommates, which has made for a great start in Brisbane.
