Facilities are well-equipped, easy to use, convenient transportation, excellent geographic location, very close to the station.
It takes about 5 minutes to walk downstairs to SouthBank Park by the Brisbane River, which is super pleasant, and across the river is the City. The bus station, train station, and ferry station are all available, just a few minutes' walk away. It's very convenient to go anywhere. Direct buses to Sunnybank and Gold Coast, and it takes 15 minutes by bus to school. The LG level of Scape Southbank has a cinema, study rooms, a public kitchen, outdoor recreational areas, etc.
The environment exceeds expectations! The location is convenient for commuting! The apartment services are excellent!!

The apartment has good benefits, a variety of activities, a friendly front desk service, and convenient transportation. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the South Bank bus station and train station, and 5 minutes to reach the Asian supermarket, pharmacy, and convenience store.

Before coming to Australia, I had already booked a room abroad, and during the entire process, the young lady answered any questions I had with enthusiasm and seriousness, and her replies were very timely. The long-haul flight of more than ten hours was really exhausting; I was alone dragging a large suitcase and three smaller ones, along with twelve backpacks. If I were in that kind of classic international student setup without any furniture, I think I would have collapsed. However, from the moment I entered the reception area of Scape, I felt very comfortable. The soothing music, comfortable temperature, and faint fragrance instantly alleviated a lot of fatigue. When I checked in that day, there was no Chinese-speaking front desk, but the foreign young lady and young man were very warm and smiled throughout, I liked it!
