The apartment is located in the heart of South Bank, just a 3-minute walk from the bus interchange, where Route 66 goes directly to UQ Lakes Station. The apartment also offers a free bookable shuttle bus directly to the University of Queensland, so you won’t have to get up extra early to rush to 8 a.m. classes. QUT Gardens Point campus is a 10-minute walk away, and Brisbane CBD is just across the bridge. Downstairs, it’s only a 5-minute walk to South Bank Parklands and the man-made beach, making it easy to take riverside walks, have picnics, or watch the sunset. Convenience stores, Woolworths, international restaurants, and bubble tea shops are all clustered nearby, so daily shopping and dining out are completely hassle-free.
The room offers a good living experience. Although it is not very large, the layout is comfortable, the fresh-air air conditioning works well, and the supporting facilities are complete. It is also very convenient to cook with the induction cooker. The mattress is comfortable, and the size is more than enough for one person. The white interior layout does not feel oppressive, and the sound insulation is good.
The facilities are comprehensive, with an induction cooker that can accommodate two pots at the same time, a refrigerator, and a microwave in the room. The large cabinet under the TV can hold a lot of miscellaneous items, and there are many large drawers.
The facilities are very complete, the environment is great and very clean, and the soundproofing is excellent—you can hardly hear the neighbors. The staff are very friendly and provide attentive service. The apartment has WiFi coverage and is very close to the bus stop.
