Facilities: relatively new and well-equipped, with a gym and activity hall in the public area, as well as billiard and table tennis tables. <br> Internet Speed: works normally, sufficient for daily needs, but there is a disconnection at fixed times in the evening. <br> Soundproofing: moderate, with soundproof panels between rooms, almost no sound from the adjacent rooms, and the windows have decent sound insulation. <br> Cleanliness: very clean upon moving in, ready for immediate occupancy. <br> Location: excellent geographical location, a 15-20 minute walk to QUT, a 20-minute bus ride to UQ, and an Asian supermarket and metro supermarket right downstairs.
It's really quite good here. First of all, the front desk service is very enthusiastic. Whenever a package is received, the front desk will send you an email notification, so you can go downstairs to pick it up at any time. Secondly, for college students, there are two separate study rooms on each floor, making it convenient for studying.
The property is clean and tidy, with good lighting and ventilation. The furniture and appliances are complete and in good condition, and the refrigerator and bathroom are quite clean. The surrounding area is convenient for daily life, though a bit expensive. The living experience is comfortable and recommended. Apart from the internet being poor, everything else is quite good.
The overall environment of the apartment is very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation are both good, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are very complete.The front desk and staff provide enthusiastic service, and the check-in process is convenient and fast. It is also very convenient to eat, shop, and travel around.The sound insulation effect is also good, and it is very quiet at night for resting. Overall, I am very satisfied with the staying experience, and I will choose this place again if I have the chance next time.

Unilodge Southbank is considered one of the newer apartments in the entire district. The studio is indeed quite small, but it has all the necessary facilities. Living alone provides independent space, and it comes with all the furniture, so there's no need to worry about utility bills. It's still worth staying at for the first stop of studying abroad.
