It’s pretty good. The staff are very professional and gave a detailed explanation during move-in. The environment is also very nice, and the surrounding area is very convenient. There is a station right downstairs from the apartment, as well as Korean restaurants, a Korean supermarket, and a bubble tea shop. It also feels very safe: you need to swipe a card to enter the main entrance, and the elevator and apartment door also require card access.
The overall experience is good, and the location is what I am most satisfied with. UniLodge Park Central is relatively close to school, making it convenient for attending classes. There are also supermarkets, shopping areas, and transportation stations nearby, so daily life can be managed easily. The room has good natural light, and sunlight comes in every day, making it feel quite comfortable to live in. The environment is relatively quiet at night, suitable for resting and studying. The common areas require everyone to maintain them together, but the overall facilities are complete, making it a convenient accommodation choice for students.
Transportation near the housing is very convenient. It takes only 5 minutes from the apartment to the bus station downstairs, and there is an elevator at the bus station. It takes only a 15-minute bus ride to UQ. A new fried chicken shop has opened downstairs from the apartment, and there is also an Asian supermarket below. There is also a train to the Gold Coast near the apartment.

The building offers a wide range of facilities, including a gym, study room, communal kitchen, and an outdoor terrace with BBQ facilities. With its lively community atmosphere, it is, in my opinion, an ideal choice. The air here uses a brand-new ventilation system, so it never feels stuffy at all.

I lived on the fourth floor. The elevator was being renovated for a while, which was a bit inconvenient, and I’m not sure if it was fixed later. But during my stay, the soundproofing was quite good, and there wasn’t anyone next door making noise. There was a parking lot downstairs, and Buranda Station was very close by, making it very convenient to get to UQ and the city.
The advantage of the student apartment is that there is unlimited water, electricity, and Internet access. I have lived in a single-person studio and a 6-person shared room. It seems that it is not worthwhile to save a little money in exchange for the common life (kitchen and bathroom) of multiple people. The kitchen uses an induction cooker, and it is not possible to cook Chinese-style quick-fried dishes, which is a bit troublesome! Another bonus is that it is very close to the bus station!

The booking process was very smooth, the property information on the app was detailed, the pictures were authentic, and it was especially convenient to make a choice. On the day of moving in, the room was clean and tidy, with all the furniture and appliances fully equipped, completely ready for move-in, and there was no difference from the displayed pictures. What satisfied me the most was the location of the apartment, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it was also very close to the school, making life very convenient. In about an 8-minute walk, you can reach Buranda Village shopping center, which has WWS, Target, a Japanese supermarket, and several restaurants to meet daily needs.
