The flats are located in the central area of Brisbane, within walking distance of the city centre, and surrounded by excellent transport links, with a bus stop right outside your door. The flats are a stone's throw from the Queensland University of Technology Gardens Point Campus, and the Brisbane River, which runs through the city, is also close by, making it easy to walk, cycle, bus and ferry to and from classes. The flats offer a wide range of rooms, from single en-suite rooms to 4-6 person en-suite rooms. 2025 S1 OPEN.

There is Hanaro Mart and Heeretea Tea Shop on the ground floor, so if you are craving domestic snacks, you can get them quickly. The ground floor of the flat will be used as an entertainment, food and beverage and shopping centre, and various types of tenants will be invited to move in. Hot pot restaurants, Chinese restaurants and milk tea shops have already signed up to move in and carry out renovations. At the same time, just a short walk downstairs is Brisbane's busiest CBD area, with all kinds of Chinese and Western restaurants. Next to the flat is Cafe Mondial and Coffee Iconic, very convenient.
