The student one I rented is considered medium-priced. I didn’t expect it to be that good, but when I landed and found this place, I realized it definitely exceeded my expectations. The front desk lady was very patient; seeing that I wasn't a local, she spoke very slowly and carefully explained the questions I didn’t understand. She also communicated all the important details very clearly. The room was better than I imagined, and the facilities were quite complete. It’s pretty nice.
