I require $800 Bond and 2 weeks Rent in advance.House in a quiet, private location. Furnished with living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, laundry, relaxing outdoor entertaining area, ducted air + more.You must be honest, trustworthy, reliable & pay rent on time. All the usual expectations of being Respectful, tidy & clean up after yourself.Supermarket & all the essentials a few minutes away.15 minute drive to Griffith University & Gold Coast hospital,8 minutes to Helensvale Train Station & Westfield shopping centre. 10-15 minute walk to the closest bus stops.Myself - 32 yr old female professional. Other housemate - 28 yr old male student. Not a party house, but do enjoy the occasional drink.No pets please.
