The elevator is convenient, the waiting time is short, the operation is very stable, the water and electricity are sufficient to meet the daily needs, the front desk service attitude is very good, the room environment is clean and tidy.
Overall, it resembles a hotel apartment and is equipped with a hairdryer and an iron, which I didn’t need. The amenities in the room are fairly new and quite clean, so overall, it’s still quite good.
The internet speed is not very stable, but everything else is quite good.

The soundproofing is great, the kitchen will also be cleaned every day, and the front desk reception is very enthusiastic and responsible.
Everything is fine except for the really poor internet speed. It's worth the price!
